How many files may I upload at one time?
You may upload 6 files at one time… additional files will require additional uploads.
Is there a limit to the file size I may upload?
Your files must be under 6MB. We recommend smaller files, especially if your internet is slower.
What file types are accepted by the Secure Upload feature?
PDF, JPG, BMP, DOC, DOCX, XLS, XLSX, TXT
Can my files have the same name?
Make certain your file names have NO special characters or punctuation, and have different names.
Do I have to fill out all of the fields?
Yes. For security purposes, all fields are required for each upload.
What can I do if the File Upload Box does not bring up a file directory, or allow me to drag a file into the box?
Make sure your browser is up to date. (Internet Explorer no longer works with this, and many sites.)
